Charles Nyarko



Group Chairman and CEO



Charles is our Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.. He has over 25 years in banking, financial management and project development and execution experience He led the team to develop the DICS Holdings’ Divine Smart City Project, which is being developed in Ghana, West Africa and shall be extended to several other sub-Saharan African countries. He was a Retail Banker at Societe Generale and SSB Bank and Income Auditor at Marriot International.

He has driven the growth of our operations in key emerging markets and aspires to see the organization make a visible impact in the housing deficit across sub-Saharan. As an ethical and environmentally conscious organization, Charles is leading the charge towards sustainable corporate practices in our various markets.

He has a BSc in Computer Science from KNUST, a BSc degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Bridgewater University in Massachusetts, USA and is a member of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA, member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), USA, member of National Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), USA and a member of Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents

( MAIA), USA.



Eilhys England Hackworth



Non-Executive Director



Eilhys is our Non-Executive or Independent Director. She is a highly experienced and passionate executive who provides oversight of Investor's interests in our various Business Groups.

She is the Co-Founder and Chair of Stand For The Troops (SFTT), the 501(c)(3) educational foundation the couple founded and dedicated to safeguarding the physical, mental and emotional well-being of America’s frontline serving and returning troops, by overseeing SFTT’s activities and keeping a current focus. Eilhys and SFTT president Maj. Gen. John Batiste have established a Rescue Coalition to raise awareness of and destigmatize PTSD and identify, develop and support smarter more effective treatments for both PTSD and TBI. The goal: to help our most at-risk Vets get the timely treatment they need to survive and transition back to our American way of life they put their own lives on hold to protect. She has a Bachelors degree from Smith College.




Keith Buckler



Non- Executive Director



Keith Buckler is a Non-Executive Director. He Chairs the Audit Committee and represents Investor interests. Keith has had an illustrious career in manufacturing and international business, shipping merchandise from China, Taiwan, Japan and India and growing a family business from a 19 man operation to a nationwide and global enterprise. The first 2 decades of his life adhered to the basic path followed by millions of Americans- basic education, followed by undergraduate and graduate level studies . Keith ensures that Board-level oversight of Cost Governance, Audit and Equity Investor relations are effectively managed. He is a Co-Founder at Dragon Deeds, LLC which is a collaboration with other like minded entrepreneurs to both trade commodities and develop and facilitate funding for transformational technologies. He is passionate and driven by prospects in the Agricultural and Agri-Business sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is committed in environmental protection and sustainability and the key driver of our 12 Tree Project, which seeks to promote re-afforestation projects in Ghana, Sahelian and Sub-Saharan Africa. He is an avid investor in sustainability , agricultural and environmental development and restoration projects.



James Cary Parish



Non-Executive Director



Cary Parish is an Independent and Non-Executive Director. is an experienced manager and leader, he counts with more than four decades of business experience both national and international. .He represents Investor's interests in our Smart City Affordable Housing Projects. He has Board-level oversight on the Technological and manufacturing aspects of our Smart City Projects. He currently is the manager of First Global Trade, LLC. (FGT) which is a boutique physical commodity intermediary, founded in 2010, its mission has been to be a premiere commodity trading company, fully integrating the Supply Chain from source enterprise to targeted importers. For a period of almost 20 years in the 90s to 2010 he owned and operated an extensive nationwide transportation network for fuels by road with over 500 full time employees. After the sale of his business, he moved on to commodities. He has added to his skill set extensive experience internationally in commodities ranging from sugar, oil, and natural gas to grains as soy, corn, and rice.He obtained his BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Georgia and a Master's in International Business from University of South Florida.





Yameen Khan



Group COO & CAO



Yameen is our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He oversees our global operations and administrative activities.

Mr. Khan has over 27 years of banking and financial industry experience in the domestic and international business community. He has been the Regional Officer of the Midwest Business Development Unit for American Express Business Finance Technology Sector. In his past, he has managed an IT company, managed a military transport parts company, and managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio for JP Morgan Chase.

In 2001 American Express Business Finance offered Mr. Khan a position in a newly acquired company. He developed the lending business in the IT segment from Minnesota to Alabama and Louisiana.

When the company hit the $520 million annual revenue mark Amex sold the business to Key Bank. He then moved to Chase Bank with similar responsibilities and finally ended up at Compass Bank through October 2009.

Mr. Khan is a graduate of Jacksonville University, Jacksonville Florida where he received his MBA in Marketing/Management. He is presently the Founder and principal of KFS-Retirement Strategies in Houston, TX.



Kofi Owusu-Acheaw



Group Chief Strategist



Kofi is the Group Strategist with 15 years experience in designing and implementing setup and growth strategies across industries finance energy, investment banking, transaction advisory, agric and agro-processing, mining and the extractives. He is experienced as Country Manager and Chief Executive with transaction and growth advisory firms extractive and upstream oil and gas support services policy, advocacy, research and development institutes.
He holds an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana and is a LEAD Scholar from the University of Cape Town, SA. He is an alum of the prestigious Achimota School.



Nana Mbrah Eduafo



Regional Director, North America & Sub-Saharan Africa




Nana is our Regional Director and oversees our North American and Sub-Saharan operations. He is a highly experienced operations, Sales and Marketing Professional with over 15 years of experience in North America and is in charge of managing the project Off-takers and sales via Mortgages. He has extensive experience in program design for Customer engagement using advanced Digital Marketing technologies including SEO and SEM. He has brought tremendous innovations to our Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement processes. Nana has turned around our Customer Relationship Management systems. He has a Bachelors degree from University of Ghana, Legon and an Master of Public Administration from Columbia University with over 15-years-jexperience in Marketing and Sales Operations.



Ishmael Thoronka



Group CLO



Attorney Ishmael is our Chief Legal Officer. H e is also a Senior Partner at Thoronka Law Offices with a wealth of knowledge and a mountain of experience and he has developed a reputation of being a powerful and persuasive attorney. Ishmael primarily practices in the areas of Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Divorce and Family Law, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation. Attorney Thoronka graduated from Monmouth University in 1996. He received his law degree from Massachusetts School of Law in 2004. He is hardworking and not one to back down from the challenges of the law. He has successfully represented clients’ against corporations like American Express, MBNA, Chase, to name, but a few. He has earned many honorable awards among them was a Book Scholarship Award from the powerful Black Judges Alliance in Massachusetts, Deans list and the Governors Award.



Edgar Tabaro



Regional Director, SADC & EAC Region



Edgar oversees our operations in the SADC and EAC regions. He was called to the bar in 2002. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law, Makerere University, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, LDC & an LLM from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Edgar has had a distinguished career in academia as a Law School Dean, Senior Lecturer in Law with over 20 academic publications in peer-reviewed journals. He has also been an external examiner at Makerere Law School and the Bar Course at LDC. Edgar has also served on a number of boards including the Uganda Communications Commission, Uganda Broadcasting Corporation wherein he was its inaugural Managing Director and presently serves as Secretary Agribusiness Development Center, a Rabo Bank entity in Uganda. In legal practice, he has litigated and prosecuted ground-breaking litigation in intellectual property and commercial laws. He has advised on various legislation on Intellectual Property in Uganda as the lead on behalf of Uganda Law Society and was retained by the EU to advise the Nigerian and Ghana governments on Geographical Indications for Pepa Yam, Kola nut and Cocoa as well as Kente cloth respectively. Edgar specializes in Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Construction Law and Insolvency, Energy, Oil, and Gas.



Rexford Boamponsem



Country Director, Ghana



Rexford is the Country Director and oversees, our general operations in Ghana, spanning exploration, forestry, commodities, real estate and construction. He has over 2 decades experience in estate development and building construction with an experience profile that includes real estate development experiences and project delivery in Nigeria. He was previously the General Manager of lizngod Real Estate Limited.



Wanderson Luis de Souza



Regional Director, Latin America, MENA and GCC Regions



Wanderson oversees our Latin American operations and has over twenty years experience in business development, owning business in various industries, from restaurants, a Fish Processing Plant, Real Estate and Telecommunications.

Wanderson has achieved his numerous international accomplishments by harnessing his extensive international business network and by maximizing his ability to create value thereby.

He is committed to operating in the most ethical manner with all clients and trading partners while providing professional excellence in service delivery.

Most recent projects have ranged from an affordable housing projects in Ghana, Uganda, West, and East Africa.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Minasgerais (UFMG) in Brazil



Ing Godfred Asiam



Country Projects Director



ng Godfred is our Country Projects Director (Ghana). He is a result oriented Engineering and Project Management Practitioner / Consultant with more than 17 years experience post-graduation and a member of GHIE and Project Management Institute (PMI). Ing Godfred has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects in various industries including construction as well as oil and gas and mining industries.

Steve Hsia



Technology and Digital Transformation



Steve is a proven senior executive that thoroughly understands startups, Internet technologies, digital marketing and advertising, and education in the Silicon Valley and Asia/Pacific. A serial entrepreneur with three decades of hands-on, multi-language, and multi-cultural operating experience across major markets in Asia and the U.S. Steve has founded five startups in enterprise software, digital marketing, and education over the past 25 years and successfully exited three previous operated startups to the largest global software and advertising media companies while currently building and scaling two education startups in Silicon Valley and China. Steve is also an active angel investor and a board member with multiple public listed large technology companies. Steve is currently the co-founder and CEO of Young Outliers, Inc., a reputable Silicon Valley education startup that teaches innovative design entrepreneurship to high school teens. He has a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Berkeley.



Drsane Kaffa

Drsane oversees our sustainability activities. Over the past 10 years Drsane has served as an investor, founder, board member, and advisor across the world. She has helped companies grow and served as a trusted advisor across public sector innovation, manufacturing operations, Education, clean energy, strategy shaping, stakeholder engagement strategies, and policy. Drsane has also led multi-party negotiations involving municipal, provincial, and federal leaders of government, multilateral organizations, private companies, NGO’s, and foundations. Drsane’s career is dedicated to a wide range of economic and development issues from mergence of informal and formal sector of African economies, growing robust entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems in frontier and emerging markets, capacity building/skills development within organizations and community, Entrepreneurship and SME development. Drsane carefully selects private sector projects, and only lends her experience to projects that align with her commitment to development.

Drsane holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from MacEwan University



Priyanka Sinha



Public Sector Innovation



Priyanka Sinha is our Public Sector and Development Advisor. She has spent fifteen years, at the frontier of public sector innovation, across North and Central America, South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf. She has unique and strong multi-stakeholder experience accelerating enterprises, shaping strategy, operations, policy, as well as leading complex multi-party negotiations, for heads of state to senior leaders of government, multilateral organizations, private companies, NGOs, as well as foundations. Priyanka worked with The World Bank Group, in Washington DC, for five years, with the Finance and Private Sector Development, and Trade and Competitiveness, unit. She has been hand selected to work on country Private Sector Development Strategies for the growing economies of Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, Egypt, and Oman

She has an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and Informatics, from Rutgers University, and a graduate degree in Public Policy, from Harvard University.



Thomas Varghese



Technology. Mergers & Acquisitions



Thomas provides Technology advisory and leadership and is a successful social entrepreneur, investor, founder, board member, and advisor across the globe. Thomas started his career as a Research Scientist at the Microwave Engineering Group within The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, in India, that specialized in sub-systems for Telecom, Satellite and Missile platforms. Post his government career, spanning two decades in the private industry as an entrepreneur, he has helped build multiple companies around the world. He has served as a very senior executive in a Fortune 100 Global Corporation, where he drove business, technology and product strategy, for their global customer base. Thomas has also served as a Special Advisor to the Japanese Government, where he helped identify the challenges in developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Japan.

Thomas has an Engineering and Telecommunications Degree from Maharashtra State, in India, and a Postgraduate degree in Computer Software from The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, in India.
