We operate a Financial Advisory that invests in Emerging and Frontier markets in sub-Saharan African countries via Private Equity and Structured Finance Models. Our preferred sectors are real estate and construction, commodities and mining. We look to partner with various public and private sector institutions via PPP (Private, Public, Partnership), BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) and BOOT (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) and JV (Joint Ventures).

We also select and review opportunities in other industrial and business sectors individually and on their own merit. We may consider some power, renewable energy, agro-processing, manufacturing, transportation and financial services opportunities. Our Commodity arm trades in commodities that can be sourced in commercial quantities from sub-Saharan Africa, South America and Asia.

We operate three models being, buying, selling and commercial brokerage. In other words, we buy, sell and also serve as intermediaries between Buyers and Sellers for certain commodities, minerals and metals. Our Affordable Housing Division plans and builds integrated and smart communities in collaboration with our Strategic Partners.
